Today after getting of the Skype with Lu, I sat and talked with María Luisa for two hours. And I understood almost every word she said.

Making Matters Worse of the Day: I am truly loathe to provide Sarah Palin’s campaign ad Tucson shooting statement with the unjust attention it craves, but I think it is important to note that Palin’s insensitive “blood libel” remark (starts @ 3:14) is made considerably more so by the fact that Rep. Gabrielle Giffords is Jewish.
